as shown as the title, my previous refused case have been luckily reopen by CIC, but I have already submitted another new aplicaiton on June 28,2017 (I receive the invitation and submitted the application at same day).
I submitted my application on March 28,2017, and got the AOR at the same time. Before June 22,2017, everything looks pretty good and smooth. I have passed both my Medical Exam and Background Check.
However, my day turn cloudy on June 22,2017, I got a Refusal Letter from CIC around lunch. According to CIC, the reason is I did not upload enough evidence to prove my skilled work experience that I claim on the application. And it is my own fault, since I found a friend of my family member who is a lawyer to help me to submitted my application. I give him all the required document for the whole application. But due to some reason. he may upload wrong or miss upload the document such as Letter of Employment ,Employment Record ,NOAs and T4s to prove that period experience. So the CIC officer directly refused my application, since he does not satisfy the document I support. (*** of course, he only upload the Job offer for me,what a bad lawyer he is).
After my application got refused, the bad lawyer said there is nothing we can do like appeal or ask for reopen on the case ,but only to re-enter the pool and get be chosen again. I do not 100% listen to him, while I re-enter the pool, I also send both a CSE and email to CPC Ottawa (***since I know my case current is in CPC Ottawa *** ) with the missing document to ask for a reconsideration on June 23,2017.
And on June 28,2017, I got invitation again .Since I have all the document in my hand and all my documentation still valid like Medical Exam and Police Certificate, so I submitted it on the same day that I receive the invitation.
And before I went to bed on June 28, I clearly remmber that my previous case ( ***let us called it Case A and the new submitted one is Case B.) still show REFUSED, but when I got up in the morning on June 29, I receive a message said my Case A had a new update, then I check it, and I found its stats changed to Submitted from Refused which we can understand as Open. After a while, I also receive an Information Letter from CIC said they have received my request for reconsideration, and have viewed my documentation for employment, therefore agree to re-open my case A. What a good new is for the day!
So I need some advice from you guys, since right now I have two express entry right now and both of them are in progress. And both of them are in CEC, so I do not know if the is allowed.
Since if the first one did not got refused, then I can not get the right to re-create another one, and I never think my previous Case A can be re-opened that fast so I have to submit another one. In fact, It only takes them 7 days to decide to re-open my previous case.
And I called CIC, about the two cases situation of me. The agent told me it is my own choice to decide whether to withdraw my second application. According to CIC agent, they do accept multiple application for PR, and they said the Visa officers will process both application at the same time, and technically there will be no conflict for each other, since these are two independent and separately cases. But someday in the future, these two case may get connected or linked at certain stages since my UCI. At that time , they will find out the second one is duplicated, since the first one is much faster and finished most stage, then they will cancel the second one which I submitted on June 29,2017.
But I was told by the bad lawyer said I should wait and see how CIC will deal with 2 case both in process. An according to him "Any further correspondence you have with IRCC could confuse the issues even more, and result in delays."
So I really confused now, I hope my experience can help someone now or maybe in the future.
And I need you guys to give me some advice, what I should do? Wait or withdraw one? Since I can not make sure if the second one will affect my previous case which just been re-opened.
