Hi guys , I have recently made the application for OINP human capital program by submitting the documents and completing the payment and the payment has been debited successfully from the account. However when I am checking the portal it is showing payment pending and waiting for submission. Is this an expected behaviour, do i need to wait for sometime to see the change in th status. It is already 48 hours but still no change .
If anyone have faced the same situation please help me how to get this sorted.
