I began my career as a as400 operations support, mainly monitored server status, resolved tickets.
Later on I switched to backup(emc networker) project services, mainly involved in client configuration, decommission.
2021- 23 I switched to another account with same responsibility as previous role(backup)
Currently im in bench with no project at hand for over a year.
I might be moving to a hiring role(slight chance).
I have no idea what should I put down as my noc?
