My Bf Who's In Usa On Student Visa in 1999...and he never gone back to his home country...which mean he's overstayed in usa for long time, currently he has no legal status in usa, but he is working there. I usually go there to see him and I'm a canadian citizen. what are the best option for him to help...is there any chances for him to get legal status in usa?
