well the PGWP holders will most probably need a LMIA job to get the 600 points.
Personal Opinion:
however i think applying in CEC ,people will get some points for a job offer regardless of LMIA, may be not 600.
This sentence has to be elaborated more by CIC for as in how many points they are talking about.
For Canadian Experience Class (not required but applicants can get extra points under the Comprehensive Ranking System for a job offer)
In the above sentence they dont talk about LMIA approved jobs they just say job offer.
just for back up I have asked my employer to apply for LMIA for my position.Hr has agreed to it.what is the time period to get a positive LMIA.
I read 10 days .how true is that ?
