Insufficient Funds for FSW Express Entry Application

I did a Masters in Toronto. I was not able to find a job for quiet some time after that and hence, ended up using a lot of the funds I had available.

I am employed now, but do not have sufficient funds to be eligible. My work permit is about to expire and I need to apply for PR soon. Is there anything I can do in this situation?
