IELTS results under investigation

Hi All,

I done my IELTS exam on 13.05.17. On the day of my results 26.05.17 I received a notice of investigation. A week later on 03.06.17 I received an email stating I would get an update regarding my exam results today on 05.06.17. I haven't received any update nor are my results online.

Has anyone experienced this? What's the process here and why has this happened??

no need to worry.. i experienced the same thing.. my result was also under investigation.. i got my result after 30 days of test day.. i called british council and they told me that sometimes they randomly select tests to investigate and there is no proper time limit for this investigation but mostly it is completed under 30 days.
