Express Entry application rejected

Hi - My express entry application rejected after submitting all the documents. The reason CIC gave was I have not included police certificates from all the places where i stayed in New Delhi.

My questions are:

1. Do we need to include PCC from multiple places even from the same city? I stayed at 2 placed in the same city i.e. New delhi in the past 10 years. I included PCC from the current address where i am staying from last 6 years. I have also looked at CIC website and did not find any information where multiple PCCs are required from same city.

2. Can i still use my PNP nomination letter if i create new express entry profile? Will it be considered?

I think they need PCC for last 10 years, You might have submitted PCC for 6 years only


This forum is full of posts suggesting to take PCC from PSK rather than Police Stations.

There are so many rejections for people who got PCC from PSK due to time bound or geography bound PCCs issued by Police station.

Suggest you to get one from PSK and recreate new profile.

You can request your province and they will send nomination to your new EE profile.And this time get PCC from PSK.

May I ask you few things

1. You AOR date
2. Have you paid RPRF.
3. Exactly what was mentioned on your PCC about your period, it should cover all the time since you turned to 18

Thanks for reply. Are you sure province considers this type of request?

I got nomination from SINP. AOR date was 24-Jan and I paid all the fees.

Below is the reply from CIC for rejection:

Specifically, your application does not include the following elements:
- Police Certificate:
o The Police certificates from India that you provided with your application are not acceptable (the police certificates indicates there is nothing adverse while residing at one residential address only; address history indicates multiple residential addresses in India). Please verify our website in order to determine the required document

PCC does not tell any time but my current address was mentioned in the PCC. and the documents i submitted to CIC has 2 addresses.

On these forums I have read that people have requested provinces to transfer their nominations.

Probably on your PCC your address and the date since when you have been living on this address would have been mentioned.? If yes then this is wrong.

I am also worried for PCC from my 3 months stay in Unites States in 2007.

It is mentioned that only 6 months or more stay would be required PCC however CIC can still ask for it?

I have also stayed Malaysia and Mauritius for one week. Any idea if people have also asked for PCC for 1 week or 3 months?

No PCC required for these stays.
