Employment Records for dependent EE

Hello,
I'm Dependent applicant for EE,
Completed ITA form with 4 different Work details as worked in 4 co. incl. current one. Under Document Upload section, they are asing 4 (Not Provided Employment Records 1,2,3,4 (required)). Got letter from all 4 co. Do need to upload salary slip also with Ref. letter on same option.

For Primary applicant how to upload salary structure:
With Ref. letter under - Not Provided Employment Records 1 (required) or
Only Ref. letter will go under - Not Provided Employment Records 1 (required) ?

For the secondary applicant, if the work experience is outside Canada, then it doesn't award any points. You can choose to remove the remove the work experience of the secondary applicant in this case and mention the same in LOE.

It is always a good practice to upload salary slips if you have any.

To upload the reference letter with salary slips, make a single PDF by combining the reference letter and salary slips and upload this combined pdf.

Need Advice/Guidance on urgent basis.

I have received ITA. I had added my spouse in the application. I have shown her work experience during the application. Now she is unable to get the experience letter for her latest job as she is on paternity and her contract will be renewed only after her joining which is not possible within the 90 days given to submit ITA documents. Can I remove her experience as it does have any points? Please guide. 60 days are already elapsed and that the only documents that I do not have.

You have two options:

1. You can remove her experience as it doesn't give you any points. When doing this mention this in LOE.
2. You must be having the offer letter for the latest job for which you are not able to get a reference letter. Upload the offer letter and mention in LOE that you tried hard to get a reference letter and were not able to get it but since her work experience doesn't fetch you any points under the CRS, you don't expect this to be a problem.
