ECA Questions/Queries

Greetings! I have applied for ECA with WES recently with regards to Canada Express Entry. I am yet to send the documents to WES. I have a Masters Degree from UK, and Bachelors (BE) from India. I have a few questions with regards to ECA. It will be really helpful if any of you can help me with the below questions:

1. My name on the Bachelors Degree Certificate is 'Pradeep B S', whereas on the Master's Degree Certificate it is 'Pradeep Belthur Sudhakar'. While creating the WES Account, I have selected the option 'degree issued in different name'. Will this be a problem? Is it ok to have different names on the 2 degree certificates as mentioned above?

2. I have got the Transcript in a sealed envelope for my Bachelor's from my Indian University (VTU). But, the WES website says I should be sending Transcript + Legible copy of Provisional Degree Certificate. My question is what is 'Legible copy of Provisional Degree Certificate'? I have a Bachelor's Degree Certificate with me, should I send a photocopy/original of this to WES?

3. This is regarding including the WES Reference Number. Since my Bachelor's Transcripts are given by the University in a Sealed envelope, how will I include the WES reference number on the Transcripts? Can I just include it on the envelope? Will this be sufficient?

This shouldnt be a problem, since you have different names this options is a must. May be you can create an affidavit stating that both the names and the name written on your passport are of same person i.e. you. Send a copy of it to WES and this should be fine.

You can send a (attested) photocopy of your degree.

You must write reference number on the envelope. Also, take the envelope provided by University, write reference number on it and take photocopies of your degree (write you reference number on it) and affidavit (write you reference number on it) and put all these in a bigger envelope and address them to WES. Do write your reference number on the bigger envelope too.
