checking status of medicals and FBI

Does some body know how to check if they already received our medical records and FBI clearance? I applied from Buffalo and later transfer to LA.

1. Since you were supposed to send the FBI criminal records check with your application, I assume that you sent it recorded delivery.
2. Check Ecas, or request your CAIPS notes.
