MAY BE IT DEPENDS UPON CASE TO CASE BASIS OR DON'T KNOW MUCH. I WILL ALSO DO IF GET ANY EMAIL ABOUT BIOMETRIC. BUT TILL NOW THERE IS NOTHING AND AS I HAVE SEEN MY FILE IN PORTAL IT IS SHWNG THAT BIOMETRICC IS VALID AS WELL AS BIOMETRIC NUMBER IS ALSO SHOWING ON PORTAL.
I was able to link my file to CIC account. May be try again with accurate information. Just start with UCI and Application Number and then all other information has to be same as your file that you submitted. If you still cannot link it, then try to contact CIC.

I work under an agency as home support worker. Basically,
I will be completing my one-year experience as a Home Support Worker (HSW) with my company on May 8th, 2024.
My concern is
During the initial phase of my employment, I faced challenges as my company was unable to provide me with the required 30-hour workweek. Consequently, I have to work an additional 10 weeks to fulfill the program's one-year experience requirement.Thats is till july 27th,2024 .Unfortunately, program ends on june17th,2024.Therefore i can't apply through direct pr category.
, should i apply through gaining category or direct pr category.
If i apply in gaining category , as per the requirement: i should work under a private person right; it shouldn't be a business. I give community care but i work through a company. Should i need any documents or can i apply if i work under a company.?

As per details you have shared here. For gaining experience there is not any specific experience condition is given (Private person or Business). It is written there that either you have experience or a fresh, but you should show that you are capable to do that work, which you can show with your past experience. If you apply for gaining experience you will have to find a private employer and submit job offer letter from that future private employer with whom you will work. As you have experience in past that will be your positive side . So don't worry and apply for gaining experience as soon as possible.

If i apply through gaining category, then i have to work under the private employer for another one year to get experience?
On july 28 th 2024, i will be getting one year experience working as a hsw under a company; ( according to the requirements in that direct pr category they count the experience if i work under business) .
Is it a great idea if i apply under direct pr category and attach a document explaining my situation about 30 hours missed during my initial days of my work week . I need to work extra two weeks only to get my official one year experience from the expired date.
Im just worried as i have worked under my current company thinking that i can apply for pr once one year is completed. Unfortunately, the program is going to expire permanently on june17.
I had biometrics about 4 days ago and it is still not showing in my online application (New portal). Did you apply through new portal for PR? How long did it take for the biometrics to appear in you online application?
