My 7 month old son is in India on an evisa. We had travelled with him to India when the OCI was still in process and we got an evisa granted for him to travel. The OCI has arrived at our address in Canada. Can I register him online as an OCI on the FRRO website so he can use that status to stay longer than the 6 months without exiting the country ? He hasn't been registered yet on FRRO since foreign citizens under 12 years don't need to be register per their guidelines.
