BLS application status meaning?

Same is in my case for pcc it says processing at consulate general since last 2weeks, how long would it take and whats the next step.Even the police station near my hometown is not informed about it yet.

I applied for PCC from BLS last week and when I tracked my status online it said Application Received (or something like this)

Today, all of a sudden my status was changed to Application Status - In Transit from Consulate General to BLS Centre

Does anyone know what does this mean? I am worried because it never said Under Process or Sent to Consulate General...

Does this mean I am getting my PCC soon ? (which I didn't expect to be so soooooon)
