I called them and I asked the agent to remind the office but he told me cannot do that? He did told me my application is non routine and there is no deadline !!!What I should do next time?
1) Does the agent want to put in a reminder for you all depends on who picks up your call. I think I called 4 times and one time the agent was willing to do it. So, it's really by luck, but keep trying.
2) They use the "non-routine" excuse way too often. There's an actual definition of non-routine citizenship application on their website:
