*************Applying EE while residing in Quebec***************

**********NEED HELP ASAP***********

Hi all,
I have been living in Quebec for almost over 3 years. My CSQ regular application is still under processing taking too longer than the specified time for some valid reasons.

Now I am planning to apply for EE. Please advise me how can I submit my application? I will definitely choose other province but how would l prove my address when I will submit my documents.

So please advise me what to do now?
I do not have any ties to leave Quebec. The reason is I do not know that I will gonna get CSQ or not?
