Address to send passport via courier in Kingston Jamaica

Need to send my passport via courier to the offices in Kingston Jamaica, but have gotten two different addresses to send it to, urgently looking for the right one, please help!

I got a letter from the government of Canada saying my application has been processed and I need to send my passport in, then they gave me a link to find out where to submit it- this is the 3 West Kings House Road address.
But on the VAC Jamaica website they have a different address, 31 Upper Waterloo Road??

If anyone knows the correct address for me to send my passport to in order to OBTAIN A TRANSIT VISA please inform me. I have made the application online successfully they just require my passport.

I really cannot remember but it was really fast, like a week or 2 to pick it up
