Sponsorship Application returned back from CIC

I would treat it as a new application. So check for new forms on their website, check if the police certificates are still valid (I think you need to get them less than 12 months before submission), and I would print again the forms and update the signature date, just in case.

do i need to provide PCC for each country i have ever lived in last 10 years?

If it's easy to do, I think it's better to submit the application with all possible police certificates, even if the checklist says it's not required.. You'll avoid delays if they want them down the road anyways. However if the additional certificates are hard to get, I'd just submit with the...

    NOT ENOUGH EVIDENCE OF COHABITATION

In addition to everything that has been suggested: If you have it enabled, get a printout of Google Maps Timeline. Hopefully it will show that you were living at the same place. Search in both your emails for your address and save whatever comes out with the date and address, even online...

Would they return application if Country Specific Document is missing?

Getting AOR will probably take months, so better wait 2 weeks and submit a complete application :)

What can you do with just a CSQ?

I believe that with the CSQ a company can help you make a closed work permit exempt from labour market impact assessment.

    a) Are you and your spouse currently living together? (If you did not check at least two boxes above)

Maybe you can add proof of things that have been delivered to either of you at the same address (receipts of internet purchases, any paper mail adressed to either of you, etc.)

APRIL 2020 - INLAND Spousal Sponsorship

For example, I saw this message today on the WhatsApp group for July 2020 applicants. I don't know from which Facebook group it was originally taken, though.

According to the basic guide (IMM 5525) scanned signatures seem OK :)

Worried about IMM5406 addresses & zipcodes

I read somewhere that you can send them a new version through the web form. But maybe it's best to call IRCC and confirm that.

I'd think that IRCC emails always include a french version of the message.

IRCC told me they don't provide forms in an accessible format (?)

Regarding the barcode, you can actually scan them with regular smartphone apps. For instance I use one named "QR & Barcode Scanner" on Android. The codes are just the contents of the fields in the form, and some of them include a "last saved/printed" date.

Are you able to confirm receipt of the application via IRCC web form?

Little update, they found my application!! So if anyone wants to get confirmation that your application is in their hands, it appears that you can ask via Web Form. It's not like the official AOR, but at least now I know that it didn't get lost in Mississauga.

IRCC told me they don't provide forms in an accessible format (?)

Indeed, it's a really bad policy what they have in place. Everything could just be regular online forms to be filled in the browser, saved in your online IRCC account, and with a big button to produce PDF files for final printing and mailing. I don't get what they get in exchange of making the...

Are you able to confirm receipt of the application via IRCC web form?

Hello all, I've asked IRCC to confirm the reception of my application at Mississauga with the UPS tracking number. I was expecting a reply saying something that they're still processing applications received before some date and that mine is still not opened. However, what I got is an agent...

LMIA exemption A70 for sponsored spouses

Hi, I have found that there's an LMIA exemption (A70) for sponsored spouses: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/foreign-workers/applicants-canada.html Does anyone have experience with this...

Expiration of open work permit program on July 31

Hi all, Unless an extension is granted, I believe that the spousal open work permit program is set to expire on July 31 for inland applications. Does anyone know if it's enough that the application is posted by July 31, or do they actually have to have the application on hand by that date to...
