I hear you. I have the exact same dates as your application - March 2 2020 application received, Background check cleared Jan 20 2021 and last update on April 23 2021. Nothing since. Any web inquiry gives the same Afghanistan auto-response spiel! So frustrating.

Still waiting..not from Ottawa though..My local office is Mississauga...last update was in April showing Background Check was completed in January. Nothing since then.

My GCMS notes had due date of 16 Aug 2021 too. Heard nothing yet on my application. Hopefully a test invite will come through soon.

March 2020 applicant from Mississauga... still waiting for test invite. My friends who applied in January 2021 already got their test invites. So frustrating! How long will they use Covid-19 as an excuse for their incompetence!!
