Just updating here so it might help someone in the future. Passport stamped today with counterfoil number in GCKey, so basically from March 1 to March 19.

Got BIL on Jan 17th and Eligibility moved to completed. After that did my biometrics and medical on Jan 23rd. PPR on Feb 21 along with Background completed.

For me Eligibility went to completed after medical and biometric. Background went to completed only after PPR

It's fine as long as the sign is green and they know it's a color scan. My PCC was the same, went through no issues

Expiry will remain the same unless you withdraw the profile and resubmit again.

You can submit it to any VFS, but if it's different from the one you did your biometrics, you'll have to pay a "Package Transmission Fee". The rate of that differs according to the branch you wish to submit your passport. It would most likely be on their website.
