AOR received 22. What are the next steps? I noticed ‘ecas’ in the spreadsheet. What does that stand for?

No. I can't reach them because they never pick up phone calls. I haven't heard back from the webform either. Nothing. Everyone else seems to be getting their AORs soon after they apply.

I submitted a webform today as I couldn't reach them via call. I checked the portal too, and it's still on step one: submitted for review. can you add my info to the tracker too, please: submitted: 03May24 Method: online Type: single location: Toronto days: 1112

Submitted application on May 3. I haven't received AOR yet. IRCC updated their status online to “sending AOR for applications received in the week of May 6”. I'm worried. Everyone else seems to have received AORs.
