Talking about my case Study started in Aug 23, spouse visa applied in Nov 1st week, with upfront medical, Biometric got updated on 10th Nov Country applied from : India When I applied, the estimated time of processing was 13 weeks, presently it is 20 weeks I have waited 22 weeks now, for my visa..

I’m in a similar situation; I completed my biometrics on November 10th and am also waiting for any updates. However, seeing progress in a friend’s application does bring some comfort.

Update: One of the applicants I know, who applied in mid November 2023, got the medical updated on 2nd April

Have you received any update via the webform? My application has been pending for over 19 weeks now, and my patience is wearing thin..

I think the ETA for IRCC to respond to a Webform is 30 days (again, it depends on volume of applications) I hope the visa arrives before the query response

Applied from India, Biometric done on 12th Nov, application not picked yet.

Isn’t raising a webform not recommend as this might paint a negative image to the reviewer ? This is the general perspective that I’ve heard hence avoiding raising one!

I applied in second week of November and I am still waiting.... I am assuming 4-6 month is the current time... Please also note that the processing time differs when you apply from within Canada (it is lesser)
