Hey, I applied in January 23rd,2024 and received my AOR in Feb 01,2024. Only my medical and biometrics is marked completed and background check is in progress with criminality completed. But my eligibility has not started yet. Hasn't received sponsor approval too. Is this normal?

No. You can track the application under principal applicant option. Representative has a separate one.

Hey, When I talked with an ircc agent he said my criminality is complete but eligibility is showing not started. I didn't get SA or AIP letter too. But do they do the criminality check before or after eligibility? I am just worried why my eligibility is still showing not started.
