Yeah same issue here. There was a draw recently so I think the website is overwhelmed. I kept trying and trying and it worked for a bit. Try accessing it at times where its not considered peak times.

Nice. I submitted 6 days after you. Hopefully it'll change this week. Does the assessment stage mean they accepted all documents? Or it means they are analyzing the application now to see if all are accepted?
