    It's possible that they don't have enough human resources to process the applications. They already have backlogs because of C19+Ukraine and the situation getting worse with the strike in the mid of 2023. Just my 2 cents.

    It depends on your case. If your case is less complex, maybe you'll get a hearing in 3-6 months after it is referred to the IRB. What they will ask in the hearing depends on your BOC. You're the only person who knows your case very well.
