Some VFS offer this option, but you need to check in advance with them.

I have submitted on 13th Feb at VFS Mumbai, it was received at IRCC and under process from today onwards. I believe we all have to be patient as it will take time. I am expecting stamped passport by 10th of March

You should have received a PPR in form of request letter as a message in GC key or a mail for the same. Sometimes the mail ends up in spam, look carefully. I got in form of message on GC key. The patience game continues. Will submit the passports tomorrow for stamping, again it will take 15-20 working days to get stamped. One thing is sure, you learn patience till you receive PR card or become a citizen for that matter.

Ghost update where the GC key or tracker shows account updated but no visible change in any parameters.

Does not matter if tracker gets updated to BGV completion or not. I have seen 2 applicants getting FD and PPR while there tracker had BGV still in progress. Both of them with transport draw AOR 1/Oct and 11/Oct. I too am with transport draw. Lets hope our turn comes soon.
