I got my Portal 2 today and submitted with the information. Those who didn't get portal 2 email after submitting the information of Portal 1, I will recommend to email the same thing again in the same email thread. I did it yesterday and got Portal 2 today.

I connected the IRCC and she told me the portal email was sent me Feb 20 but some how I didn't receive it yet. So the agent will send the message to following team to send the email again. Not sure, what kind of email they are using it which my gmail is not receiving, lolz, and if the same...

What do you mean by visa office ?

Yes. My biometrics, medical, eligibility and background checks are completed and got the COPR document number in the tracker. So now waiting for the email from IRCC

When did you pay the biometric fee ?

IRCC didn't provide any update yet. I submitted in as soon as I got the email. But didn't receive the letter yet. I checked my biometrics too and it's valid till 2032. Not sure why are they asking again

Ya from the webform, I didn’t get it though. They have weird setup.IRCC is not designed well. So many forms and and no proper information where and how to submit something.
