O If you have a middle name try add that to your first name and try again. Check how gckey account mentions your name (whether or not they are adding any portion of your middle name between first and last name) and type exactly as there is.

If you yet to receive ITA, you should be able to edit your profile in the express entry website. If you get your ITA anytime soon, hopefully soon, you will still have option (editable) review and update your language and ECA test result. However, I would prefer for myself to do the changes...
