I have the same office but my background check is cleared and COPR no. is also available, but no portal emails yet. Guess I am bit lucky, but these guys are definitely slow.

I received GCMS notes in November, My VO is Winnipeg and SVO is CIO Sydney.

How long is it taking to get portal emails? My COPR no. on tracker appeared on Dec 20,2023 but no portal emails yet.
