UPDATE #3: finally received card in the mail today (Mar 21), with a postmark of Mar 13 on the envelope. So seems like there is a few days delay between the mail date indicated on the tracker (Mar 9) and the actual postmark date. Thanks everyone for all the input and help. Good luck!

Then likely the application has not been processed yet, just check "Inspect" regularly to see if it changes later. Once it shows "Completed", then will be a good sign.

Have you used the "Inspect" function to check the status?
