They get a ton emails. They take time to respond. Expect 3 weeks to generate the counterfoil. It’s a bit too early to expect a change in your portal. I would recommend waiting patiently.

You will get a portable update. You will get an email the next day. Keep checking your ircc portal application status. Try emailing from different email ids. They reply to 1 in 5 emails.

No. Counterfoil is the CoPR. Once they print the visa on the passport and generate CoPR your IRCC application status should change to approved. It take around 2 to 3 weeks. Meanwhile continue emailing them every day.

Please see my timeline above. It took me around 18 days to generate the counterfoil. Took around 23 days to get my passport back. Send emails and follow up emails. From multiple email ids. They will respond within 4 to 5 days.

My Passport got delivered on 22nd Feb. Passport Delivered: 30 Jan Counterfoil: 17 Feb Passport Shipped: 21 Feb

Counterfoil got generated today. Feb 17th. waiting for it to be shipped.

Passport received : Jan 30 No updates after that. emailed them. No response. how do I contact them? Their client support center is impossible to contact.

Was it 9:15 eastern time? Is there any significance for that particular time? I am trying to get a response from IRCC for that past 4 days.

Did you email it to IRCC.InformationClient-ClientInformation.IRCC@cic.gc.ca ? I emailed them the pdf file. I have been waiting for the past 5 days for acknowledgement. Is there a particular time of the day you have to email?

I think commercial invoice is required regardless .

I shipped thru ups. I created the shipping label as a guest. So the autogenerated invoice is no more obtainable. Emailed a pdf copy of generic invoice which ups emailed me which i filled with hand. passport reached: Jan 30 IRCC responded that my copr is generated in que for PR visa stamping.

Did you had to email the pdf copy of commercial invoice? I remember you mentioned that you did send commercial invoice along with the passport.

Was it held because you didn’t send commercial invoice? Did you send the commercial invoice to the IRCC then. My passport was received on Jan 30. I don’t remember sending a commercial invoice. Because it was not part of UPS shipping label.
