VJO only gives you more points to be invited for CSQ. It doesn't have anything to do with federal part (work permit, pr application...)

Your agent can help you to reply it since his email is the corresponding email with IRCC. My friend had an agent but he handled 1st and 2nd email himself. His agent didn't even know he got PR.
