    Parents PR Expiring, need help!

Covid restrictions on travel ended more than 2 years ago. So I don't think the humanitarian grounds route will work.

Expired PR Cards: How to Bring Spouse and Child Back to Canada

That was the I'm 100% aware of that. I'm just saying from my own experience is you can still file a sponsorship application. IRCC will take the steps necessary to make a determination of status and then tell you what needs to be done for the process to continue.

Expired PR Cards: How to Bring Spouse and Child Back to Canada

I was able too. I first became a PR in 1997. Left Canada in 2000. Met a Canadian in my home country of Australia in 2004. We married in 2005 and filed a sponsorship. IRCC had me renounce my PR status, and then they finalized my new PR application.

    Address details for Spouse

You put whatever her address is on the date you file. They don't ask anywhere for a future address.

I was divorced just 4 months before I was married. I provided a letter of explanation on my previous marriage, divorce and new marriage. It certainly didn't hurt my application.

Question on when to submit the application

If he lives in the USA and only visits, I would file an out of Canada application. Inland applications have no right to appeal if things go south. As for Travel history, You are only asked to provide details up until the date of submitting the application. You don't need to guess on future visits

    Marriage

Nope. I was divorced just 4 months when I married my Jamaican wife. We knew each other less than 1 year, and I visited her twice before our wedding. When we applied, the estimated processing time was 23 months. Our application was all finished in 6 months. See my signature for details.

    Withdrawal of Spousal Sponsorship Application

You don't need the permission of the person you are divorcing to get a divorce in Canada. Get a divorce kit and Go to the local provincial courthouse, file the divorce application, and then pay the court sheriff to serve her. She has several weeks to file a response before the judge rules. As...

    Spouse PR

One does not affect the other. She would have a better chance at getting a visitor visa approval if you first apply for PR sponsorship and then apply for a visitor visa once you get the AOR. Typically, 1-2 months after applying.

NO SPONSOR APPROVAL FOR 11 months after AOR

I agree 100% with that statement! Someone will get a letter telling them that IRCC has received their application to sponsor the spouse, and they will then ask if that's an AOR?

    Procedural Fairness Letter

    1. You are asked in the forms you fill out if you are in a relationship. 2. They ask you again when they request your passport. 3. You are asked again when you land and sign the COPR. You had 3 opportunities and you lied all 3 times? That's why you will be refused and banned for sponsoring your...

NO SPONSOR APPROVAL FOR 11 months after AOR

You got no idea what you are talking about. Probably 75% of people sponsoring a spouse have never lived together and only spent a few weeks to months physically together. The majority of us had no problems with immigration.
