You use the same email address. They add the new tab at the top, and you fill in the info from there. It didn't appear in my portal until after they sent me the invite (2 weeks ago).

It's definitely been a LOT longer than 2-4 weeks the last little while. It's taking longer than 2-4 weeks to get the CoPR once you get the portal invite, and the PR card is taking a few months right now.

Outland doesn't usually receive AIP. And I've not heard of anyone receiving an AOR2 in a long while (or certainly not many. I never got one). I'm 13 months in. We had our medical passed in March and then radio silence until September. Patience is required.
