I suggest just going for both. Beside application fees it’s not like either of your applications can negatively impact the other.

    No way. More like 2+6.

Paying the right of permanent residence fee (RPRF)

No. Also where does it say that you must provide a receipt? I was in your shoes, never provided a receipt, and got COPR without issues. In the PPR I received I would only need a receipt if I didn’t already pay RPRF before.

Cannot complete medical on time - urgent help needed

Normally people upload an e-medical sheet. Whether proof of appointment will 100% suffice — don’t know, don’t care. I would simply avoid complicating a case in any unnecessary way. IRCC is not known for perfect logic and transparency. But sure it’s up to you.

Cannot complete medical on time - urgent help needed

I don’t see a problem with waiting for another ITA, as long as your nomination and other stuff (IELTS, yada yada) is valid beyond August 18. PNP get drawn 100% of the time, and ITA date doesn’t matter at all as your file isn’t complete till Aug 18 anyways. Don’t risk your application by...

Man you aren’t aware where people immigrate FROM.. places that are screwed short term, without a long term to screw at all. Try to solve Canada’s problems and your efforts may be futile. Try to solve some other country’s problems and you end up in jail or at the coroner.

This clearly says you can go take the exam and upload the record without waiting.

If they ask for medical but did not provide a letter, you just go book an exam and upload the e-medical sheet that the physician gives you. This is standard process for upfront medicals. Lots of applicants were asked of the same, I think it depends on the country of residence.

Apply through EE two months after the cut-off score have been announced

Yes along as they are still drawing. I think end of August is fine.

Which one gets processed before the other?

When you talk about ITA and compare two different scores, submission date doesn’t matter. It’s always the higher score that gets invited first. (Assuming same programs, that is)

@meddreamer81 is inland, bound to get at least 1 year of Canadian work exp, and has no expiration of status in sight. 495 is impressive by all means but for him/her it’s just the beginning :D $1500 is peanuts (compared with missing EE altogether) for us outlanders shitting our pants. Not...

I don't get how medical NOCs should not make the list. Medical professionals are in high demand all over the world, and definitely in Canada. The time it takes to get licensed may be a necessary time-consuming step, but skipping the candidates altogether does not solve the shortage.
