Hey Charlene Did you ever get an update on this? Everything you've said is what I'm experiencing and I even submitted everything and paid. I'm not sure if it was deleted and I was supposed to apply by mail, but my PNP certificate expires in December so I'm kind of stressing. Regards, Ryan
