I don't trust the processing time for H&C, as many applicants receive their decision quickly while others do not... I don't understand why you always believe what IRCC posts regarding processing times for H&c when we've seen that many people receive their decisions within different time frames !!!

I don't think the application number is decisive in the processing time...

I don't know a lot about stage two, but I think that people in Ontario are able to get OHIP with AIP

I don't really know because I'm still in stage onez but maybe you will receive a response soon... Stage two is shorter than the first one
