    Can I sponsor my mother and her husband ?

    At the website, it states that you can only sponsor your own parents, not your in-laws but I don't find any information about my mother's husband. It's not logic to sponsor her and not to him as she is not going to come to Canada alone as they are married. Thanks for any help.

    So, in fact you can be out of Canada a total of 2 years when with the old law, you could travel outside of Canada only 1 year within the last 4 years, so here we have more flexibility and the process will be expedited in less than one year. For all that, go harper go !!! :D
