Does anyone know the paper application? I called today and they said that a Minor who does not hold a permit needs to apply offline, I have already submitted ours online, but the officer told me minor should go paper application rather than online.

I have a clarification on this on how to put this. In my case, I finished my study last April 2023. Then I was already working, no gaps at all. So June 2023- I went to NYC for 3 days -->back to work --> then a week after I went to Mexico for 3 days---> fast forward last November went to Japan...
