    Buying a car - should I wait?

Yes! I got a 2015 Accord (and got PR in April ish)

Is it necessary to show Indian work experience

Nah, they don't really care as long as the experience you are claiming points for is valid

Requirements to freelance on IEC visa?

I'm not sure what the IEC requirements are, but for tax purposes: You only need to charge HST if your freelance income (not overall income, just freelance) is more than $30,000 annually. If that's the case, you'd need to set up a business account with the CRA. For income taxes, I set aside 30%...

    Employer Compliance fee

I have no experience with Alberta but in the Ontario program they just send you a letter that supports your application for a work permit if your existing one expires. It shouldn't have an effect on your existing permit!

Proof of Employment when company has closed

That should be enough. I'd personally still include a letter of explanation saying that the company has shut down and so may not be available to contact, but that might be overdoing it and might raise a red flag. Wait till some else comments!

Is it necessary to show Indian work experience

There's two sections you can use. The work experience section is used for any work experience for which you're claiming points. In your case, that's the year in Canada. That is the only experience you need to prove, because it's in that section. Your Indian work experience should be mentioned...

    Employer Compliance fee

They don't really look at whose name is on the credit card so anyone can pay it to be honest. Ontario wants your employer to pay it because the employer is technically the entity who needs a new worker.

Will be applying for a 1-year PGWP soon. Confused about when to apply for CEC?

A couple of hours to a day if you do it online!

Complicated case. Very stressed, please help.

I can't help with the more complex aspects of this post, but I can say that you should update your profile. You should still be above the cutoff score for a future draw (do some research into that). You don't need to inform IRCC if you get a new job while on an open work permit like IRCC. If...

[Answered] Getting an LMIA with a Current Employer

Job offers received while on PGWPs that don't have LMIAs can't be used to get the "Valid Job Offer" extra CRS points. However, work experience while on a PGWP (or any open work permit) can be used to get points for "Canadian Work Experience", even if there isn't an LMIA. Basically, the only...

    # Have you previously been married?

Various guides on CIC's website (see links below) mention annulled marriage as a type of marriage separate to Single. While I don't see anything specific to CEC or Express Entry, it looks to me like they consider it a type of marital status. I would ask to be sure...

    ITA FOR CEC

You don't want to provide more information than needed. Making your case file unnecessarily large doesn't benefit anyone. If you meet the requirements already, submit your application. IRCC will ask you for more information if needed!

    Leaving work experience out

Just to be safe, I would reach out to @CitImmCanada on Twitter to ask how big of an issue this would be. Like what @primaprime said, it is a grey area and might be entirely up to the case officer working on your file. I find that IRCC is reasonable enough when it comes to smaller amounts of...

    Leaving work experience out

This depends on what you mean by "completing" your studies. Just because classes have ended doesn't mean you've graduated. If you worked right after classes were done but you hadn't graduated yet, it won't be as bad as if you worked after graduation without a work permit. I would speak to a...
