I applied my husband's PR card renewal application online on Feb. 13, 2024 and on February 21, 2024 I received an email from IRCC that his Driver's License is not updated one (We attached the old mistakenly). Then we uploaded the New/Current Driver's License with the application on same day...

Hi, It happened with me too. I tried with different laptop and it worked. Don't know the exact reason. but on my personal laptop its not allowing me to pay the fee (not taking to the next page to fill the CC details to pay the fee) but when i used my 2nd laptop it worked. Its still not working...
