Thanks a lot in this same link, it's mentioned that Canadian PR can enter UK (TWOV Landside) for less then 24 hours when they transit through any UK airports. Do you agree? Or am I misunderstanding something? Your opinion is appreciated

Once you become a refugee, or entered in Canada as a UNHCR refugee, you immediately become Permanent Resident, and than you are given OYW (One Year Window) opportunity to invite all the members mentioned on your COPR, they will also be granted PR status immediately after landing in Canada.
