Finally got the certificate after emailing Calgary visa office that I need the e-certificate since I will be traveling next week. The agent replied right away and I rushed to passport office for expedited process. I am finally over with dealing with IRCC. 13 yrs total with multiple scenarios...

This.. If you had experience with IRCC before. Being that student visa, work visa, PGWP, spousal sponsorship, PR app, express entry, etc. You somehow get the jist of how things work with them.

100% Web Form is just another piece of shit from IRCC. That damn thing wont do any good. GCMS is all u need
