If Spring and Summer is your scheduled break then yes, you can work while also studying part time. The time where it is not allowed is during your academic sessions (Fall and Winter) if you are part time in these sessions and working, that’s absolutely not allowed. :)

You wouldn't be able to travel with an expired visa as your study permit does not guarantee that you can travel in Canada. You'll most likely be denied entry

Hi, You cannot work during your part time semester. Some officers do approve part-time semester on case to case basis but it wouldn't really make sense if you were struggling with your courses but still work at the same time. If you badly need to work, another option is to just take an option...
