That’s so strange! I’d definitely contact them back and ask for clarifications. Maybe try calling them since it takes them months to respond to an email

From what I’ve read, 8090 is the Sydney Case Processing Centre. The due dates probably mean nothing lol

They are the same! Once you request them it takes around 30 days to receive them.

That’s really disheartening to hear. I agree with the fact that now “non-routine” is just a label they give so they can go over the processing time without being held accountable. Unfortunately I don’t know what we can do anymore at this point :( I can’t remember, did you request GCMS notes?
