How come when it used to show 24-28-29-31 months for processing time no one said it’s not pr it’s for protected person status. But when it shows longer now we believe it’s not for pr.
I would like to believe it’s not but unfortunately it is for us. It is for our pr timeline.

I see. I have travelled to the USA 3 times and once Bahamas. No one asked me any other documents since I had only refugee travel document. Canada or other countries.
You can back to Canada without pr and without applying for it if you are holding refugee travel document. A refugee even doesn’t have to apply for pr. You can live without pr until you die. Only keep extending work permit, refugee travel documents etc.
Let’s say you got your passport before pr. If you travel outside of Canada how you are planing to come back? You don’t have refugee travel document, no Canadian visa? Only work permit doesn’t give you chance to come back or notice of decision.
