would like to know how long does it take for the visa stamping from london CHC , applied from dubai. is it two week's or three week's, please anwser.

What is the application processing time from London office, I have applied from dubai in jan 2008 and got AOR on feb 12, 2008. Please answer

Without a job offer, 31-38 months (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/02a-skilled-fed.asp#europe) and possibly never when the list of occupations in needs is released.
