Hi, I'm having the same situation: according to the GCMS notes my eligibility is marked as "review required" since the end of February, and the eligibility and background shows still in progress until now.
My medical was passed again last week.
May I know how long it took your eligibility to get cleared and your application get approved after the medical passed again? Thank you.

Is there a Completed Date on GCKey for your medicals? if so, you're not far off getting Portal email. Clearing medical is usually the last step before it.

From memory for me, Med Passed to Portal 1 was around 10-14 days.

Edit: Sorry, I mean Med Passed to eCOPR was 10-14 days. Med Passed to Portal 1 was only 3 days.

So fingers crossed yours will be here shortly.

When should Primary expect Portal 1 ? When he called IRCC, they told him portal 1 was sent last morning but he did not get it yet. Any thoughts based on current timeline?

In the similar boat, but did not get any confirmation yet. Just wanted to ask if RFV is sent to spouse or does it show up in the GCKey for PA? If it does go to the spouse, is it a standard procedure or does it vary?

RFV mail comes to whoever is listed on the PR application
If you use a rep, then the mail can go to them if their email is primary

Also did your friend get any updates on GCKey and see COPR number on their tracker before getting the RFV ?

Yes
COPR# on tracker and all stages completed
Final Decision will be on GC Key only after Passport stamping

yes, there was a GU first, and when I went into the application page I saw that "final decision".
