Appreciate your help for my questions.
I would like to apply tourist visa for following family members. we are living in PA, USA.
(myself & spouse - living in USA on EAD - GC in progress)
(my parents living in India. They have USA B1/B2 visa, planning to come to USA in 2 weeks)
Questions:
1. Do I need to select representative as myself? (Since I will fill-up all information for them). if Yes then which form i need to fill-up (IMM 5476 form or IMM 5713 E)?
2. We don't remember my parents parent (grand parents) birth dates. it is mandatory. what should i fill up?
3. what should be national identification document for my parents living in India and visiting USA for 3 months?
4. do we need Biometric screening for everyone? do they use USA bio-metric results or not?
5. What other documents required apart from (passport, EAD, US Advance payrole, driving license)?
