When I applied for my open work permit, I have accedentally forgot to add my apartment number and I couldn't get my work permit. When I tried to use the web form in order to explain my situation, I have received the message saying my case is with an agent and I should wait. However, it has been more than 4 months now. I have called the 888-242-2100 number maybe 10 times so far, they keep telling me that they have notified the Edmonton office but they don't send the permit.
